It is possible for some tours/cruise. When making a booking you can choose whether to pay online by card or pay the day of the tour (with your Credit Card or Cash). Please check the Tour / Cruise you are interested in to see if applicable.

All the bookings placed on the website are confirmed Instantly. Once the booking’s process is finished you will get a printable e-voucher to your email box. If you cannot locate the e-confirmation voucher, please check your Junk box as well. In case of any difficulties  please contact “Hop in Sightseeing” Customer Service at adm@hopin.com for further assistance.

Some email internet providers can mark general emails such as those sent from “Hop in Sightseeing” as “spam”. Please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox. Any other emails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a “spam” folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days and then your email system will automatically delete them.

For all our Tours and One Day Cruise we offer airport pick up service on extra cost. Once you have placed a booking,  sent us at adm@hopin.com your booking number and your arrival details to Athens airport “El. Venizelos” and we will send you a quote with the extra cost and pickup details.

Yes, we offer discounts for multiple bookings, groups and families of more than 4 people. The travel services provided by “Hop in Sightseeing” require a pre-booked date in order for the travel supplier to cater for passengers. Exceptions include hop on/hop off bus tickets. However, in case you need to change the date of the already confirmed booking (or if you have booked for the wrong date), please contact “Hop in Sightseeing” Customer Service at adm@hopin.com for assistance and the Member of our Team will assist you with your query.

All the Travel products offered by “Hop in Sightseeing” have an up to date availability. By clicking on ”check availability” button a calendar format will appear. It indicates how far in advance a travel product can be booked at the specific time. Some products are only updated once a year when new season prices are determined by each travel product provider. You can receive a quote for any of the”Hop in Sightseeing” products online at any time. Simple click on the Book Now button, enter the dates you desire to travel, the number of people participating, and you will receive a live quote for the product requested. The majority of the tours and services provided by “Hop in Sightseeing” are available in English, French, Italian and Flemish languages.
Please check the Language Availability for the desired date for the specific tour you are interested in.
During the booking procedure you can select the desired language.

Yes, you can book a tour once in Athens by stopping by our office. Click here to find us on the map .
Please keep in mind that many of the “Hop in Sightseeing” tours and products are in high demand and can be sold out early, so we advise that you pre-book your travel services to avoid disappointment.
Kindly note that the prices shown online most of the time are lower than the official price on the market. Once you make a booking online you reserve the price given at the time of the booking.

We offer Pick up round trip service from the lobbies of the majority of the centrally located hotels in Athens and it’s suburbs. During the booking procedure in the “Pick Up Service” drop down menu you will find more than 200 hotels listed with pick up point and time. In case your hotel is not listed or you stay in an apartment, please state the address in the comment sections and we will advise you immediately with you pick up details.
If you need directions to the meeting point, please contact the “Hop in Sightseeing” Customer Service team at +30 210 428 5 500 or via email at adm@hopin.com prior to your confirmed travel date.

Pick up and drop off Service are provided for all tours to the original pick up point. In case you would like to be dropped of at a place different place, please contact the driver on the day of the tour.

Please state your full address when making a  booking and you will be advised on the nearest most convenient pick up point on the printable voucher you’ll receive to your e-mail box, once your booking is confirmed. In order for us to find the nearest pick up point for your accommodation, please make sure you enter its exact address during the booking process as well as the area code.
Hop In Sightseeing” also offers private pick up service on an extra cost. Please state your address during the booking process and click the appropriate button depending on the distance your residence has from the city center in order to calculate the extra cost.You will be provided with the pick up time for your given address at your printable voucher.

“Hop in Sightseeing” is very cautious concerning quality and safe transportation standards.
All our buses are non smoking, fully air conditioned.
Tourist coaches in Greece are licensed as “tourist coach” by the Greek government at the time they get their licensed plates and they must pass from mechanical test every year from the Ministry of Transportation. Otherwise they can not be operating.

Will I receive a confirmation?
Once the payment is made in one of the ways we state above, you will receive your E-Voucher by an e-mail with all tour / service details.

Can I have a receipt?
Our email voucher is only an exchange order of your service. You will have a receipt upon service.

Why haven’t I received confirmation for my booking?
In case you have not received the E-confirmation to your “inbox” withing 2-3 minutes, please check your spam box.

Wheelchair facilities are available for some services.
However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated on tours only if they can get on and off the tour vehicle on their own.
The wheelchair must be foldable.
The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.
Please specify in the “Your Message” box on the Order Form if anyone is handicapped and the nature of the handicap.
We will make special arrangements where possible and will advise if there are any issues.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY “Hop in SIGHTSEEING”
• Cancellation 72 hours before the start time: Full refund
• Cancellation 24 hours – 72 hours before start time: 50% refund
• Cancellation 0 – 24 hours before start time: No refund

“Hop in SIGHTSEEING”  can cancel any tour/cruise/service at any time under the condition that fares paid will be returned to passengers that have paid said fares.
In such a case, every effort will be made to assist the passenger with alternative arrangements.

For the tours that require hotel, ferry tickets booking full cancellation will apply.
