We offer Pick up round trip service from the lobbies of the majority of the centrally located hotels in Athens and it’s suburbs. During the booking procedure in the “Pick Up Service” drop down menu you will find more than 200 hotels listed with pick up point and time. In case your hotel is not listed or you stay in an apartment, please state the address in the comment sections and we will advise you immediately with you pick up details.

Will I receive a confirmation?
Once the payment is made in one of the ways we state above, you will receive your E-Voucher by an e-mail with all tour / service details.
Can I have a receipt?
Our email voucher is only an exchange order of your service. You will have a receipt upon service.

Can you accommodate passengers in wheelchairs?
Wheelchair facilities are available for some services.
However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated on tours only if they can get on and off the tour vehicle on their own.
The wheelchair must be foldable.
The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.
Please specify in the “Your Message” box on the Order Form if anyone is handicapped and the nature of the handicap.
We will make special arrangements where possible and will advise if there are any issues.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY “Hop in Sightseeing”
• Any Tour Package that require Hotel, Ferry tickets bookings are considered Non-Refundable
• Cancellation more than 20 Days Prior to departure date of the cruise / service booked: Full refund
• Cancellation 19 – 4 Days Prior to departure date of the cruise / service booked: 50% refund
• Cancellation 0 – 3 Days Prior to departure date of the cruise / service booked: No refund
•Alteration of departure date within 48 Hours Prior to original departure date of the Tour / Cruise Service Fee of 30.00 Euro Per Person will apply
“Hop in Sightseeing” reserves the right to cancel any cruise / tour / service at any time under the condition that fares paid will be returned to passengers that have paid said fares. In case of cancellation due to Extreme Weather Conditions Full amount of Fairs shall be returned to all passengers that have paid said fares.
In such a case, every effort will be made to assist the passenger with alternative arrangements.
For the tours that require hotel, ferry tickets booking full cancellation will apply.
