How can I meet you at our hotel?
Our driver or guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel or at the given pick up point. In case
you are not there we sorry we can not wait. Your booking is considered as non show.

What is the difference between a tour guide and a driver?
Drivers are not professional licensed tour guides so it is not allowed – by the law - to guide you.

Prices
Our prices on organised tours are per person.

Will a taxi up to 4 people be comfortable, and how many luggage can we have with us?
Taxis in Greece are licensed to carry 4 people. They all 4 can feet in to a taxi but 3 people in it will be more comfortable. You can take tree pieces about 20kg each or 45×55 cm, plus two hand bags in a taxi.

I have lost my luggage. Will Hop In Sightseeing collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your hotel address.

I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Please contact us as soon as possible at +30 210 4285500. We will then endeavor to have the items returned to you. A charge may be applicable (if we use taxi).

Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
Hop In Sightseeing charges the same rate for all occupied seats in private tours but 50% discount applies to 4-12 years old children in organised tours and infant (baby) goes free.

Can I have a receipt?
Our email voucher is only an exchange order of your service. You can have one upon service.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private Transfers are direct and door-to-door.

How do we know what time we will be picked up for the departure tour, cruise or transfer?
For the departures of our organised tours and cruises please see the specific pick up service. Otherwise we incuded on your receiving e-voucher which include all information and instructions needed ( pick up times, meeting with our personnel) immidiately after payment.

What is next after I have sent the deposit?
Our tour co-ordinators will proceed to finalize all the necessary reservations and send you the e-vouchers for all bookings maded.

Are ferry tickets refundable?
Ferry tickets are non-refundable after they have been issued.

What size are your buses?
The size of our buses is: 12, 16, 20, 31, 49, 74 seats.

Is the tax included on your prices?
In all our given prices on the website or on our answers via e-mail are total and include taxes, unless specified.
