What if I have not yet booked a hotel?
Once your hotel arrangements are finalized, you can contact our booking department adm@hopin.com directly with your hotel details.
What if I live locally,
am staying with friends or relatives, and/or don’t require pick-up?
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you complete details and directions to the tour departure point.
Can I change an option on one of your suggested private tours?
Yes you can! These tours are suggested itineraries that are popular that we selected from our customer preferences and our experience over the years. Those programs can be altered and customized to your wishes.
Are your private guides and drivers licensed and do they speak English?
In Greece all the drivers must be lisenced and specific the drivers on the tourism must be professional lisenced by the Ministy of Transport.
Tour guides in Greece must be professional lisenced and qualified from the Greek National Tourism Organization – non lisenced are prohibited to guide. Both driver and guide will do their utmost to make your visit a memorable experience.

So there is no “bad luck” with us. We are well organised company established sicne 1952 (there are records of that) and operate 06:30 am – 10:00 pm, 7 / 375.
Are your coaches in good quality?
Tourist coaches in Greece are lisenced as “tourist coach” by the Greek governemnt at the time they get their linsenced plates and they must pass from mechanical test every year from the Ministry of Transportation. Otherwise they can not be on the road. Our buses are non smoking and fully air conditioning.
What size are your buses?
The size of our buses is: 12, 16, 20, 31, 49, 74 seats.
Is the tax included on your prices?
In all our given prices on the website and on our answers via e-mail are total and include taxes, unless specified.
Do you speak Spanish?
In our operation department we speak English and Greek at the moment.
How can I find you at the Athens International Airport?
MEETING INSTRUCTIONS: After your landing, just follow the EXIT signs and walk outside the custom area, where our personnel will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.
It can be that there will be a lot of people waiting for their friends or relatives or even other transfer companies. Therefore, please do not go away from the main exit gate (inside the airport). Look carefully and you will see our personnel holding the shield with your name on it. In case it is difficult to find each other please call us.
How can I find you at Piraeus Port in Cruise Terminal?
Piraeus port has two cruise terminals. Terminal A & Terminal B.
Either your ship arrives at Terminal A or Terminal B, follow these instructions carrefully: disembark and walk outside the main gate passing by the custom area on each terminal and look for our driver or guide who will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.
Be patient because at the same time +1000 people are passing by the same gate.

Prices
Our prices on private tours are per group.
How do we know what time we will be picked up for the departure tour, cruise or transfer?
For the departures of your tours, cruises, transfers included in your package, you will receive an e-voucher at your mail box with all information and instructions needed (pick up times, meeting with our personnel) immidiately after your payment.
I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Please contact us as fast as possible (before the bus get anothe group) at +30 210 4285500. We will then endeavor to have the items returned to you. A charge may be applicable (if we use taxi).
Can your vacation packages be modified to fit our schedule and preferences?
Our pre – defined vacation packages are flexible and can be modified to fit your requests and preferences. You can increase or decrease the number of nights in each package. If you tell us what you prefer and we will adjust and custom the itinerary to your requests and send you our offer.
